ما الذي تجمعه صلة؟ What does Silah collect?
صلة تجمع فقط البيانات التي تُدخلها أنت مباشرة في التطبيق. هذه البيانات تشمل: Silah collects only the data you enter directly into the app. This includes:
- بيانات جهات الاتصال: Contact data: الأسماء، الصور، أرقام الهواتف، البريد الإلكتروني، تواريخ الميلاد للأشخاص الذين تضيفهم. Names, photos, phone numbers, emails, and birthdays of the people you add.

- المعلومات المهمة (Key Facts): Key Facts: التفاصيل الصغيرة التي تدوّنها لكل شخص. The small details you record for each person.
- إعدادات التطبيق: App settings: تكرار التذكيرات، طريقة القفل، التفضيلات. Reminder cadences, lock method, preferences.
جميع هذه البيانات تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك فقط باستخدام SwiftData — تقنية التخزين المحلية الآمنة من Apple. لا يغادر أي شيء جهازك إلا إذا اخترت تفعيل مزامنة iCloud بشكل صريح (انظر القسم 4). All of this data is stored locally on your device only using SwiftData — Apple's secure local storage framework. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud Sync (see Section 4).
ما الذي لا تجمعه صلة أبداً؟ What does Silah never collect?
صلة لا تملك خوادم ولا قواعد بيانات سحابية خاصة بها. لا يوجد backend، لا API، لا endpoint يستقبل بياناتك. Silah operates no servers and has no proprietary cloud database. There is no backend, no API, no endpoint that receives your data.

No IDFA, no advertising networks, no cross-app or cross-site tracking of any kind. NSPrivacyTracking in the app is set to false.

التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع الجغرافي قط ولا يحتوي على أي كود يصل للموقع. The app never requests location permission and contains no code that accesses location.
عند استخدام التسجيل الصوتي، يتحول الصوت مباشرة إلى نص ثم يُحذف الملف الصوتي. لا يُحفظ أي ملف صوتي على الجهاز أو في أي مكان آخر. When you use voice logging, audio is converted to text immediately and the audio file is discarded. No audio file is ever saved on device or anywhere else.

No audio or text is ever sent to Silah's servers — because Silah has no servers.
iCloud Sync Premium
مزامنة iCloud ميزة اختيارية ضمن النسخة المميزة (Premium). هي معطّلة بشكل افتراضي ولا تعمل إلا إذا فعّلتها بشكل صريح من الإعدادات. iCloud Sync is an optional Premium feature. It is disabled by default and only activates if you explicitly enable it in Settings.
عند تفعيلها، تُنسَخ بياناتك إلى حساب iCloud الخاص بك عبر Apple CloudKit: When enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit:

المشتريات داخل التطبيق In-App Purchases
جميع عمليات الشراء تتم عبر App Store من Apple باستخدام StoreKit 2. نحن لا نرى أي معلومات دفع أو بيانات بطاقة ائتمانية. نتلقى فقط تأكيداً موقعاً بالمعاملة من Apple. All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2. We never see any payment information or credit card data. We receive only a cryptographically signed transaction confirmation from Apple.
النسخة المميزة (Premium) متاحة بدفعة واحدة لمرة واحدة، بدون اشتراك متكرر. Premium is available as a one-time purchase — no recurring subscription.
حذف بياناتك Deleting Your Data
لديك تحكم كامل في بياناتك. هناك طريقتان لحذف كل شيء: You have complete control over your data. There are two ways to delete everything:
- افتح الإعدادات Open Settings
- اضغط على "حذف جميع البيانات" Tap "Delete All Data"
- أكّد الحذف — يُمسح كل شيء فوراً ونهائياً Confirm — everything is erased immediately and permanently
احذف التطبيق من جهازك وتُحذف جميع بياناته المحلية تلقائياً من قِبَل iOS. Remove the app from your device and iOS automatically deletes all its local data.
خصوصية الأطفال Children's Privacy
تطبيق صلة مصمم للبالغين ولا يستهدف الأطفال. لا نجمع بيانات الأطفال دون الثالثة عشرة عمداً. إذا علمنا بأن طفلاً دون 13 عاماً أدخل بيانات في التطبيق، فنحن — بسبب طبيعة التطبيق المحلية الكاملة — لسنا على علم بذلك ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها. Silah is designed for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child under 13 has entered data into the app, we — due to the fully local nature of the app — are not aware of it and cannot access it.
تغييرات هذه السياسة Changes to This Policy
إذا أجرينا تغييرات جوهرية على هذه السياسة، سنُخطر المستخدمين عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو عبر ملاحظات الإصدار. التاريخ أعلى الصفحة يعكس آخر تحديث. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users via an in-app notice or through the app's release notes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
